The Inogen One G3 external battery charger is an accessory for charging G3 batteries separately from the concentrator. Inogen documents that role. It is not an oxygen source, and its presence does not establish that an individual battery or backup arrangement will last as needed.
Check the complete accessory offer
Inogen’s product page lists a charger with power supply and power cord and says it is not included as a standard G3 accessory. That identifies the manufacturer’s described package, not every used or third-party listing.
Ask the retailer which pieces are actually supplied and have the equipment supplier confirm the charger/battery match. Do not extend a G3 description to another generation because a connector looks similar.
Separate charging from battery condition
The documented function may be relevant if a compatible spare battery needs charging outside the machine. Ask how that would fit the routine you are trying to organize.
This review has not tested charge time, battery health or runtime. MedlinePlus explains that concentrators need electricity and backup planning for loss of power. An accessory purchase alone cannot answer the whole interruption question.
Keep a need for separate charging distinct from a suspected battery fault. A supplier needs the actual symptoms and component details before it can resolve that issue.

Ask Inogen or the supplier for the applicable current instructions and confirmation of the delivered accessory. No indicator, troubleshooting or charging sequence is reproduced here.
