Breathwell is a consumer respiratory-equipment publication from Jamieson-Don Consultants. We are refreshing the existing archive in a plainspoken, evidence-led editorial voice. The review status on each article identifies whether its current version has completed medical review.
Evidence follows the claim
Article packages identify sources, the actual claims they support, relevant products or populations, and material limitations. Discovery notes and search snippets do not approve consequential medical instructions.
Product identities stay precise
Model names, current instructions and documented compatibility must be checked. Manufacturer marketing is attributed as a manufacturer claim rather than presented as independent proof of effectiveness.
Review status stays truthful
Updated articles go through source and claim checks, editorial checks, writer-provenance verification and saved-object and visual QA before owner-authorized publication. Medical review is a separate status: an article may be public while that review is pending. It displays “Not yet medically reviewed” until an appointed qualified reviewer records an actual approved review of the current version. We then show the reviewer’s name and actual review date. An article change invalidates the matching review label. Publication is not medical certification.
Approve the exact version
Reviews attach to a saved content hash. Changes to text, sources, SEO fields, taxonomy or media invalidate matching approvals. A final owner decision is required before release. A direct owner instruction in our publishing workflow may authorize release; agent checks are recorded as agent checks and do not impersonate human review.
Separate commercial decisions
Affiliate placements must be relevant, disclosed and supported by a verified destination. A useful article can recommend no purchase.
Our respiratory reviewer
Sylvia B. Jamison, CRT, is our appointed respiratory reviewer. Her CRT designation and active Illinois respiratory-care license were checked against the NBRC and Illinois public records. Appointment does not establish that she has reviewed a particular article. Only the article’s current-version review status and recorded date establish that review. See the NBRC practitioner directory and Illinois license-verification service.
The existing archive
Older content retains its existing identity while it is evaluated. A new layout does not imply a new medical review. Individual updates and consolidations require documented decisions.
